Beef ORDERS
To place a beef order, please send your payment by check to the address listed below or use our easy online ordering form below. Upon payment of your deposit, we will contact you regarding your choice of cuts, and pick-up or delivery date.
Processed Beef - $4.00/lb
Based On Carcass Weight Plus Processing Charges
Whole Beef = 800 - 850 lbs.
Half Beef = 400 - 425 lbs.
Quarter Beef = 200+ lbs.
